Catering Packages & Specials

All catering packages are served hot and ready to eat. We include all appropriate plates, napkins, cutlery and serving ware. If you would like a warming kit (wire rack, deep water pan and sterno), they are available for $8 each. For individual packaging, please add $1.00 more per person.

Special #1 BAKED ZITI

$ per person. Ziti is Vegetarian and Meatballs are served on the side.

Baked Ziti- Penne pasta mixed with our seasoned ricotta cheese and Mama's marinara sauce. Topped and baked with mozzarella cheese.

Meatballs- All beef meatballs simmered in Mama's marinara sauce.

Salad- Your choice of Garden or Caesar Salad. Served with the appropriate dressings.

Bread- Sliced Italian bread served with Butter.

Cookies- Mama's Homemade Chocolate Chips Cookies


Special #2 LASAGNA

$ per person. Choose from Veggie or Meat Lasagna

Meat Lasagna- Seasoned meat sauce layered with pasta ribbons, ricotta and mozzarella cheese.

Veggie Lasagna- Seasoned broccoli, cauliflower, orange and yellow carrots simmered in Mama's marinara sauce with pasta ribbons, ricotta and mozzarella cheese.

Salad- Your choice of Garden or Caesar Salad. Served with the appropriate dressings.

Bread- Sliced Italian bread served with Butter.

Cookies- Mama's Homemade Chocolate Chips Cookies

Special # 3 MINI SUBS & WRAPS

$ per person

Assorted Mini subs- Italian, Turkey & Provolone, Tuna, Ham & Veggie

Assorted Wraps- Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Bacon Cheddar, Chicken Caesar, Veggie, Tuna, Turkey BLT, Chicken Pesto.

Pasta Salad- Tri-colored pasta tossed in our vinaigrette with bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, celery, black olives and Italian spices. 

Cookies- Mama's Homemade Chocolate Chips Cookies

Special #4 TORTELLINI ROSE'

$ per person.

Tortelini- Tri-colored pasta rings filled with a four cheese mixture, simmered in our tomato cream sauce with grilled chicken.

Greek Salad- Mixed greens topped with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata olives and feta cheese. Served with our Feta Greek Vinaigrette Dressing.

Bread- Sliced Italian bread served with Butter.


Special #5 Spring Chicken

$ per person.

Italian marinated chicken breast, sauteed with broccoli, cauliflower, orange and yellow carrots in a light garlic butter sauce, served with rice pilaf. Includes choice of Salad and Garlic Bread.

Italian Feast Package #1

$ per person. The perfect Italian Sampler

Chicken Parmesan- Breaded chicken cutlets topped and baked with Mama's marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Penne Alfredo- Penne pasta simmered in our Romano cheese and cream Alfredo sauce.

Choice of Salad- Garden or Caesar Salad.

Garlic Bread- Italian bread brushed with garlic butter and spices.

Cannolis- Cinnamon spiked pastry shell filled with Mama's vanilla spiked sweet ricotta cream cream with chocolate chips.
